"Who's Betty??? We want answers!" Blame Betty is an American Rockabilly, Roots Rock and Surf music band formed in 2019 by guitarist and vocalist, George Comes, drummer and vocalist, Jim Buehl, and bassist and vocalist Bobby Villa.  The group whose style is based upon the sounds of Sun Records and other artists from the 1950s is heavily influenced by Elvis Presley, Eddie Cochran, Carl Perkins, Gene Vincent, Link Wray, Johnny Cash in addition to Southern California Surf music.   

The dynamic trio with a big sound has played together in bands for the past 15 years and have developed a unique blend of Rockabilly and 50’s Rock n Roll.  Based in San Diego, Blame Betty is quickly establishing a following locally and on social media, engaging audiences with their musical prowess, three part harmonies, crowd pleasing instrumentals and sense of fun!
